The tasty ginger-orange oil sauce turns an ordinary pork tenderloin into an unbelievably delicious main course for company! And it’s so easy with just a few ingredients!
1 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated
Zest of one orange
1/4 cup of our Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 teas. salt
1/4 teas. sugar
2 pork tenderloins, a little over a pound each
One orange and some parsley for garnish (opt.)
Preheat a grill to medium high. To make ginger-orange oil sauce whisk together the first five ingredients. Season the pork with salt and pepper and rub with 1 tablespoon of the ginger-orange oil. Lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil. Grill the pork, turning as needed, until well marked and a thermometer inserted into the center register 145°, 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest 5 minutes. Then cut into 1/4″ slices and arrange on serving platter garnished with orange slices and parsley. Drizzle with the remaining ginger-orange oil. Serves 6.
