Ingredients 2 Cups packed fresh Basil Leaves 1/2 Cup California Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese 8 oz. fresh Chevre (goat cheese) 1/2 teaspoon Salt Instructions Put all ingredients in a food processor and process to a smooth paste. Amazing easy pesto to serve with favorite pasta. Ingredients 2 Cups packed fresh Basil Leaves1/4 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 Cup Basil Olive Oil3 Tablespoons Walnuts3 Cloves Garlic (adjust to taste) Instructions Buzz in food processor until smooth.Toss into 1 pound of your favorite cooked pasta. (Our staff likes it over Rotelle pasta.)
