3 tablespoons Cinnamon Pear Balsamic
3 tablespoons Lime Olive Oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon allspice
1 minced shallot
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon crushed fennel seed
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine ingredients and use to marinate pork chops or tenderloin for about 3 hours in the refrigerator.
