2 cans whole green chilis
white corn tortillas
shredded cooked chicken
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded colby/jack cheese
Baklouti green chili olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dice green chilies and onions, then brown them in Green Chili Olive Oil. Rip tortillas into bite size pieces.
In large mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Pour into casserole dish. Top with drizzle of Green Chili Olive Oil and cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, top with sour cream. YUM!
