EXPLORING TEA SERIES - LEARN & TASTE

LECTURE & TASTING W/ SPICE TRAVELERS VERY OWN SHILOH RICHARDSON

This class will provide an overview of types of tea and their health benefits, learn how to properly steep tea, then get a start on tasting! A great way to gain a greater appreciation for tea.

VEGGIE CENTRIC

COOKING CLASS W/ CHEF DEB SNYDER

We are giving our summer seasonal veggies their due with a class focused on elevating them to rock star status! From salads to dessert, veggies are the star of the show. Menu to include Summer Squash Fries, Hasselback Radishes with Miso Dressing, Herb and Leek Frittata, Blueberry Lemon Pecan Salad, Heirloom Tomato Tart, and Strawberry Rhubarb & Lime Paletas.

WOK N ROLL

COOKING CLASS W/ CHEF DEB SNYDER

In this class, we will rock the wok with quick and tasty stir fries as well as easy and fun to make sushi rolls that are sure to impress! Menu to include Gingered Vegetable Stir Fry,
Asian Chicken Udon Noodle Stir Fry, California Rolls, Nigiri Roll, Vegetable Roll & Dessert Roll (no raw fish items).

CHOP CHOP KNIFE SKILLS 101

HANDS ON TECHNIQUE & COOKING CLASS W/ CHEF DEB SNYDER

All you ever wanted to know about knives and more! Sharpening, honing, proper grip, cutting techniques such as dicing, slicing, mincing, squaring off, chiffonade, and julienne.
We will also be utilizing our cuts in a few simple recipes. Students will need to bring a paring knife and a chef
s knife to class. Attendees can contact Chef Deb for more

information on purchasing knives to be delivered prior to class. Menu includes Chinese Chop Salad and Seasonal Saute.

SEAFOOD COOKING CLASS W/ CHEF DEB SNYDER

This is the perfect class for anyone who has ever wondered how to purchase, store and cook shellfish and other seafood. Dont fear the fish! Come and learn the secrets to quick, easy and delicious seafood dishes. Menu to include Mussels Sofrito, Spice Crusted Sea Scallops with Blood Orange Olive Oil, Seafood En Papillote, Sesame Crusted Tuna with Wasabi Ponzu Sauce & Pan Fried Trout with Lime Coconut Curry Sauce.

Not sure what to do with all those herbs and spices? Come and learn about the many uses and techniques you can apply with Spice Travelers quality herbs and spices. You will sample a variety of foods that have been carefully paired with a wide range of popular herbs and spices.

Who could resist this hands on class featuring Chef Debs favorite thing ... Dessert! Fancy Butter Cookies, Summer Peach Blackberry Cobbler with Wild Turkey Sauce, Strawberry Hand Pies, White Chocolate Amaretti Pear Strudel &
French Macarons with Earl Grey Ganache.
This 3-hour class will have you working with new friends to create
these delicious desserts. Everyone leaves with a bakery box!
Please wear comfortable shoes and feel free to wear your favorite apron.

All classes are held at Spice Traveler, 120 W Gurley St., Prescott. Payment required at time of registration. Full refund with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Class size is limited so early registration is encouraged.
